Terms & Conditions

1. General Conduct

  • All participants must adhere to the facility's rules and guidelines.

  • Respectful behavior towards staff, coaches, and other participants is mandatory.

  • Use of foul language, aggressive behavior, or any form of harassment will not be tolerated.

  • Adults are responsible for the actions of the youth in the training area. Misconduct will result in immediate termination of privileges. Horse-play/fooling around will not be tolerated.
     

2. Safety Requirements

  • Helmets and appropriate protective gear must be worn at all times while in the batting cages.

  • Only one batter is allowed in a cage at a time unless under direct supervision of a coach.

  • No swinging bats outside of the designated areas.

  • Immediately report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the staff.

  • Do not throw balls back at pitching machines

3. Use of Facility

  • Participants must sign a waiver form before using the facilities.

  • Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult unless enrolled in a supervised training session.

  • Batting cages are to be used for their intended purpose only.

  • No food or drinks (except water) are allowed inside the batting cages.

  • All balls must be picked up and returned to their proper place after use.

  • No cleats will be allowed in the facility.

4. Payment and Booking

  • All sessions must be paid for in advance.

  • Cancellation of bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

  • No-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded.

5. Liability

  • The facility is not responsible for any personal injuries sustained while using the equipment.

  • Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The facility is not liable for any lost or stolen items.

6. Coaching and Training

  • Only authorized coaches and staff are permitted to provide training and instruction.

  • Participants must follow the directions of the coaching staff at all times.

7. Maintenance and Cleanliness

  • Participants must clean up after themselves and dispose of any trash in the provided receptacles.

  • Any damage to equipment or facilities should be reported immediately.

8. Prohibited Items

  • The use of drugs, alcohol, and tobacco products is strictly prohibited on the premises.

  • Weapons of any kind are not allowed in the facility.

9. Compliance

  • The facility reserves the right to deny access or remove any participant who fails to comply with these terms and conditions.

  • The facility reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.

10. Health and Hygiene

  • Participants must maintain proper hygiene. Hand sanitizers and cleaning wipes are available for use.

  • Anyone exhibiting symptoms of illness should refrain from using the facility until fully recovered.

CAUTION! Injuries could result from the use of these devices. Users should assume the inherent risks of batting baseballs and softballs. If users have any questions about the use of these devices or the inherent risks associated with the use of these devices, ask the attendant before using the batting cages.
